Student life

More than a course. A community of learning.

Arrive curious. Bring your experience. Make space for new ways of seeing children, learning and yourself.

Learning together

A place for serious questions.

Study asks for attention and openness. Prepare to encounter ideas that deepen your understanding and prompt you to reflect on familiar habits. A learning community makes room for different experiences and thoughtful dialogue.

Preparing for study

Plan for the whole commitment.

Ask about scheduled sessions, independent work, observation and any practical requirements. Once your cohort is confirmed, use its handbook to plan alongside work and family responsibilities. CARE’s V01 outline describes 20 in-person training days with practical activities, reflection and journalling; confirm how those days are scheduled for your cohort.

Access and support

Let us know what helps you learn.

Discuss access needs with admissions before applying. Specific adjustments and available support must be agreed for the programme and venue; we do not assume that one arrangement suits every learner.

Travelling or visiting

A welcome starts with clear information.

Confirm the actual teaching location and dates before booking travel or accommodation. The published office address is not a guarantee of the venue for every course. Visits should be arranged with the team.

Beyond the classroom

Carry learning into your own context.

The questions that begin in study continue in practice. Consider the children, colleagues and communities with whom you will share what you learn, and the support that will help you continue reflecting.
