01 · Educator development

Prepare the people closest to children.

Explore which existing course pathways may suit your educators or leaders. Programme selection should begin with their responsibilities, prior learning and the children they serve. For adults caring for young children in the home, explore CARE’s practical caregiver training and discuss cohort arrangements with the Institute.

02 · Community-rooted programmes

Start with the place and its people.

Discuss how practitioner learning, local materials and mentoring could respond to your community. Scope, delivery, funding and responsibilities would be agreed together before any programme begins.

03 · Research and enduring capacity

Help knowledge become useful.

We welcome conversations about quality, thoughtful evidence and the long-term capability needed to support educators. Proposed research or future campus collaborations remain exploratory until agreed.

A considered process

Listen. Design. Support. Learn.

Begin with the context and local leadership. Establish a shared purpose and realistic scope. Plan the support practitioners will need, and agree how progress will be reviewed. Safeguarding, responsibilities and the use of evidence belong in that conversation from the outset.

An invitation

Tell us what you hope to make possible.

Share the community or organisation you represent, the educational question you are working on and the kind of partnership you would like to explore. No exploratory discussion is presented as an established institutional partnership.
